Trusting Your Partner is Directly Related to Good Sex

I am not just talking about trusting your partner to remain faithful.

I am talking about trusting him in what he says to you, do you trust his words?

I am talking about what he says he is going to do, do you trust that?

I am talking about his emotional state? Do you trust him to be solid, supportive, aligned, truthful?

If you you have answered NO to any of the above questions, then this could be one of the major reasons why you are not having the kind of sex life you would like.

Developing trust in a relationship is directly related to the kind of sex you are having.

In order to go to those places of orgasm that take you to complete surrender in who you are, in your physical, mental and spiritual body, you need to know that you can trust your partner fully. The more there is trust, the more you can let go, the more exploratory you can become, the deeper you can go, the more you can expand.

I am of the belief that your external life is a reflection of your internal. And your intimate partner is the biggest reflection of who you are at this moment. They reflect everything you need to work on within yourself.

Before you start to blame your partner anymore for the trust or the lack of intimacy issues,

I want you to go to your partner and tell him that you are having difficulty trusting him because, and state the reason. Keep it short and precise.

Example “I am having problems trusting you because you say you are going to do things, and you never do. This is affecting our sex lives.”

He has heard you.

Now shut-up and look inside yourself.

Why are you creating someone in your life who you can not trust?

If you are not in the position or of the heart to leave him, and even if you do you will still have to deal with your own trust issues, then ask yourself what is in ME that is creating this?

Do I trust myself?

Do I trust my life?
Do I trust my inner voice, my words, my choices, my decisions, my actions?

I WILL TRUST MYSELF.

I will trust my life.

I will trust my decisions.

I will trust my choices.

I will trust my voice.

I will trust my actions.

I will trust my desires.

I will trust my body and I will trust my sexuality.

You do not need to allow anyone to tell you how to do anything.

You do not need to allow anyone manipulating you to do something in a certain way.

You do not need to allow someone controlling your actions.

You trust yourself.

You are making the best choice for you every second and no one can know better than you, NO ONE!

Please put conscious focus on your own trust issues as an experiment. Listen and watch yourself.

Where are you not trusting yourself?

Where are you letting someone make decisions for your because you do no trust your own?

Where are you letting go of the way you want to do it because you do no trust that you know?

Where are you putting too much attention on his life because you do not trust your own?
